Antioxidants And Anti Cellulite Food:

Know What You Should Eat

That seems to be a lot of talk regarding anti cellulite food that is bandied about in magazine and health circles more and more these days – what you should eat! I do not know about you but many people are getting sick and tired of being told what they can and cannot eat by people that do not know them.

If you want to avoid breast cancer then you should eat this but not that, but you may want to eat that if you want to avoid heart disease! If we listened to everyone that was a so-called expert then we would never eat or drink anything. And, when it comes reducing cellulite, then there are quite a number of things that you could eat actually.

Truth is, it is all about choice when it comes to cellulite reduction. There are a few foods that could be considered anti cellulite food. That's because they all have different properties and those properties provide these individual foods the ability to help prevent cellulite.

The Antioxidants You Need

Many natural foods contain antioxidants but some are more effective as anti cellulite foods than others. Antioxidants attack and neutralize free radicals that are coursing around the body. Free radicals are natural substances that are produced by your body as you get older. They attack cells, degrading them and, in some cases, damaging them beyond repair. In truth, they make cellulite appear to be a lot worse and so exacerbate the cellulite problem.

Antioxidants can help your body to keep its cells vital and healthy and this will encourage cellulite reduction. They also enable your cells to metabolize fat, which will also lead to a reduction in cellulite. As you can see, there are plenty of benefits to eating foods that contain antioxidants.

The following quick list will give you an idea of what you could eat and drink to help speed up your metabolism and fight free radicals:

Green tea

Tea is packed full of antioxidants so a couple of cups a day will do wonders for your health and cellulite reduction. While not technically an anti cellulite food, green tea has plenty of benefits for your overall health as well.

Berries

Berries are a great source of antioxidants and thus come at the top of the list of food we recommend. Raspberries, cranberries and blueberries are the best possible ones to eat to help your body cope with cellulite cure and reduction.

Onions

They may make your breath smell but they contain a fair amount of antioxidants. As such, the taste and good they do for your body should overcome the fact you will smell afterward.

Garlic

The same applies for this anti cellulite food. Garlic is one of the best things you could eat to help tap into a cellulite cure via antioxidants. It has an amazing effect on the circulation as well so it is a great food all round for ridding your thighs of that stubborn cellulite.

Cinnamon

This may not be an obvious choice as an anti cellulite food but it does an awful lot of good in terms of your cellulite. It can help to reduce its appearance in no time. However, the beauty of cinnamon is that it can be used in all sorts of desserts so you can enjoy something sweet and help to cure your cellulite problem all at the same time.
