We all love a good cup of coffee first thing in a morning. It is the only thing that gets some people moving and functioning every day, but it is also bad for us, or so we are repeatedly told by health experts, nutritionists and everyone but those in the coffee industry.
That may be true if you drink it in excess, but those experts have taken one negative quality of it and elaborated on it. What they fail to mention is that it c help you to find a cellulite solution to your cellulite problem. Caffeine and cellulite do not mix, but that is because the former helps to get rid of the latter.
Caffeine and cellulite have been mentioned in the same articles for some time now because caffeine has the effect of vasodilatation, meaning that it actively expends your veins and helps more blood to course through them.
As such, this blood will then work more efficiently to transport toxins away from the areas on your body cellulite has affected and get more oxygen to the cells instead. This works to actively reduce cellulite, as does that fact that all of the nutrients that are needed get into the cells as well.
As they begin to work more efficiently, you will see your orange peel slowly fade away. Of course, it is better to combine caffeine with other substances that could help reduce cellulite, such as Aloe Vera, green tea and algae extract. However, getting enough caffeine into your system is easy given that there are plenty of ways to take it.
Take Your Caffeine
Drinking Coffee
If you do want to make sure that you get enough caffeine and make sure your cellulite is on its way to being banished, then there are several ways that you can do that. You do not have to like coffee and force yourself to drink it if you do not want to, but then if you do want to - this gives you the perfect excuse!
This is the obvious way of pitting caffeine and cellulite against each other, but be careful. More than two cups a day could actually dehydrate your cells too, which would lead to even more orange peel on your thighs. This would defeat the purpose so make sure that you do not drink too much.
Taking Supplements
You can get caffeine supplements in any good health store these days, and many slimming aid pills actually contain it anyway. There is enough caffeine in those pills to help you in your quest for cellulite reduction but not too much that it will dehydrate your cells as well. However, do not take them at bedtime because they may well keep you up.
Cellulite Cream
Many cellulite creams actually contain caffeine now so you can target the cellulite on your thighs directly. There are other great ingredients in many anti cellulite creams as well but you should bear in mind that this will not work as well as taking supplements. The latter get into your bloodstream and work from the inside out but caffeine and cellulite from the outside in gives cellulite the upper hand.
