Cellulite infection or Cellulitis is a common and non contagious skin infection. It occurs when bacteria infect broken skin and start to spread into the soft tissues under the skin. Cellulitis can arise in any part of the body. But usually damaged or inflamed skin is more susceptible.

Cellulitis Symptoms

Redness of the skin

Swelling

Warmth

Tenderness or even pain

Pus may leak from the skin; large blisters may appear

Tender or swollen lymph nodes by the affected area

Fever

Cellulite Infection Causes

Injuries that break the skin

Infections related to a surgical procedure like liposuction for cellulite removal

Eczema or psoriasis or any chronic skin conditions

Foreign objects inserted in the skin

In people with diabetes, a long-standing open wound that’s deep, exposing the bone to bacteria can lead to cellulitis

Cellulite Infection Treatment

For mild cellulite tissue infection, you can do a self-care at home. You need to rest the area of the body involved and elevate it, doing this will help reduce swelling and ease discomfort. Also, take antibiotics and pain-relievers not only will this decrease pain, it will help keep the fever down. For severe cellulitis cases, however, antibiotics are to be given intravenously especially is the person suffering is too young or if the cellulitis is near an extensive area like the eyes. Hospitalization will be needed if the cellulitis is not immediately dealt with for it could enter the bloodstream and cause a bigger infection.

Prevention

It is very important to keep your skin clean by practicing good personal hygiene. Make sure you wash any wounds, cuts and nicks that you get and cover them with gauze to avoid bacteria from entering. If you notice a certain discomfort in the skin, if it is inflamed and progresses you should see a medical practitioner immediately. If you have diabetes, liver, or kidney disease cellulitis may be present without symptoms. So be sure to go to your doctor for regular check-ups.

Cellulite and Cellulite Tissue Infection

Although there is no direct connection between cellulite and cellulite tissue infections, medical studies confirm that people who has severe varicose veins and cellulites are indeed prone to cellulitis. Also, several liposuction procedures that were poorly performed causes cellulitis; bacteria can easily enter the incisions made on the skin where the cannulla was inserted.

Avoid the cellulitis risk and get rid of your cellulites now. Direct connection or not, it’s better to be safe than sorry. Choose a safe, non invasive and natural cellulite treatment: an anti-cellulite cream. You just apply the cream directly into your cellulites and massage it 2-3 times a day continuously.

An effective cellulite cream contains : L-carnitene, caffeine, Retinol A, shea butter, algae extract, green tea extract, milk thistle and many more. This mixture of natural ingredients is effective in reducing cellulites by improving your body’s circulation.

So choose a superior cellulite cream now, be rid of cellulites, and be risk free from cellulite tissue infection. Visit this website for more information on what effective cellulite cream to use.

The causes of cellulite remain obscure to this day. Mostly it is associated to hormones, poor circulation, fat build up, sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy food choices. However, its exact and specific cause is still unknown.

The exact causes of cellulite may be mysterious but the ways to reduce its appearance are not as mysterious. The market is saturated with anti cellulite products promising to get rid of cellulite and giving you baby smooth skin. However, not all of these products are effective against cellulite; most of them in fact are nothing creams hoping for the placebo effect.

How Cellulite are Formed

One of the causes of cellulite is fat build up. Fat in the subcutaneous layer is stored in upright chamber cells. When fat builds up in the subcutaneous layer, it is not distributed evenly. Rather, the chamber-like storage cells of fat are pushed to grow in perpendicular direction until such time that it is pushing against the connective tissues and the skin causing the ugly dimples, bumps and lumps in irregular patches.

Since cellulite is primarily fat pushing against the skin, the most likely body areas that cellulite can be found are in the buttocks, thighs, stomach and arms.

Unfortunately, fat build up is not the only factor that causes cellulite. Otherwise, it can easily be shed off by sheer exercise and healthy food choices. Fat build up in the areas affected by cellulite block blood circulation. Poor blood circulation brings about a number of problems that contribute to cellulite formation.

First, poor blood circulation prevents the body from metabolizing the fat in the subcutaneous layer. Since the body has difficulty converting fat in these areas to energy, fat builds up more and more. Also, poor blood circulation deprives the cells and tissues the much needed nutrients and oxygen that are being carried by blood.

As such, these cells and tissues are easily damaged and are difficult to repair. Collagen is a crucial factor in the repair of these damaged tissues. However, the body does not produce as much collagen sufficient to facilitate the repair.

Lastly, poor circulation facilitates toxin and free radical build up because the body’s cleansing mechanism is hampered as a result.

Taking all these into consideration, in order to get rid of cellulite or at least to reduce its appearance, the problems of fat build up, poor circulation, poor collagen production and toxin build up.

Remedies

There are hundreds of remedies available for the reduction of cellulite and for the improvement of the appearance of the cellulite affected skin. There is of course cosmetic procedures that deliver immediate results. However, you need thousands of dollars for these procedures, the cost that most of us cannot afford.

Fortunately there are over the counter products that you can buy for cellulite control and reduction. However, you need to be careful in choosing because most of these products do not work.

As we have now known, the causes of cellulite include fat build up, poor circulation, poor collagen production and toxin build up. Thus, your anti-cellulite products must contain properties that will effectively resolve these problems.

Most women believe or are made to believe that fat alone causes cellulite. However, the mere fact that many thin and toned women have cellulite belies this notion.

In fact an approximate 90% of women are estimated to have or have had cellulite. This means that cellulite can be found in women of all shapes and sizes. It does not matter whether you are a size 16 or a size zero.

What causes cellulite?

Fat build up is the primary culprit for cellulite formation. However, it does not mean that you should be fat in order for you to have cellulite, as already mentioned, cellulite can be found in women of all shapes and sizes.

Fat in the subcutaneous layer are stored in chamber like storage cells. When fat builds up, these fat chamber cells rise up and push against the connective tissues and the skin which appears on the surface as ugly dimples, bumps and lumps in irregular patches that are reminiscent of orange peels and cottage cheese.

If the problem is merely caused by fat, sheer exercise and healthy food choices can definitely solve the problem. However, it is not just fat! The cellulite affected areas actually suffer from poor circulation. This is why the fat stored in cellulite concentrated areas are prevented from being metabolized into energy. Thus, no matter how much you exert yourself, your body will use fat storage in the other areas of the body but not in the areas where cellulite have occupied.

Moreover, by reason of poor circulation, the toxins and free radicals in cellulite affected areas also build up. On top of this, the much needed nutrients and oxygen do not reach the cells and tissues in these areas which make them more prone to damage.

Collagen can help repair these damaged areas and restore their natural elasticity and flexibility which will result to smoother skin. However, as a woman ages, collagen production is reduced and not sufficient to repair the damaged cells and tissues.

Clearly, what causes cellulite is a combination of fat build up, poor circulation, toxin build up, and poor collagen production. These problems need to be all resolved before cellulite can be reduced and the appearance of the skin improved.

Crucial Ingredients

There are cosmetic procedures that effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite and improve the appearance of the skin. However they are astronomically priced and many of the women beset with the problems of cellulites do not have thousands of dollars to spare for these cosmetic procedures. Thus, we will only focus on the over the counter anti-cellulite products.

Be careful in choosing over the counter cellulite products because many of them have been proven to be a big disappointment. Choose products that contain ingredients that have been proven to contain properties that can alleviate the problems associated with cellulite formation.

The ingredients that you have to look out for are caffeine, retinol A, capsicum extract, algae extract, green tea extract and retinol A are proven to effectively reduce fat build up, improve blood circulation, flush out toxins and stimulate the production of collagen. Shea butter is also a good ingredient for a smoother and softer skin.

//-->The question of what is cellulite has always mystifies women as to why they are afflicted with it and yet is also the bane of their lives. They hate their orange peel thighs and feel fat every single time they look at it.

Although 90% of women have it, the majority would be hard pushed to explain exactly what it is in scientific terms. Instead, it is just the lumpy area on their thighs that they desperately try to get rid of. However, this is exactly where they have been going wrong.

The key to being able to rid their thighs of it is fully understanding what is cellulite. A working knowledge of why it is there and what causes it can help them to eliminate it once and for all.

This one of the cellulite facts actually makes sense if you think about it. We usually solve problems by dealing with their root cause, so

why not use this for cellulite reduction and solutions as well?

Understanding Cellulite

No

many people know exactly what is cellulite. In

medical terms, cellulite is actually small pockets of fat that form on the lower extremities, namely the thighs, legs, pelvis and abdomen. However, it is different to the rest of the fat on the body, and its composition actually makes it more resistant to regular

forms of fat elimination such as faddy diets.

We all know that a layer of fat is just under the skin to keep us warm and make sure that bumps and bruises

do not damage any of our vital organs. However, the top layer of fat is different to the rest of it because it has to remain firmly in place to ensure our well being. As such, there is connective tissue that makes sure it stays in place. It is actually this tissue that causes cellulite.

When we look at what is cellulite, we have to look at the tissue because it is susceptible to the toxins and excess fluid that settles in the body. The tissue retains this and this makes it swell. As it does so, the tissue puts pressure on the fat layer and causes it to dimple and push against the skin, thus causing cellulite!

Of course, there are other factors that cause cellulite, such as hormones, weight and the blood circulation, but it is the fluid and toxins that cause the dimpling effect.

Why We Can Reduce It

So now we have dealt with what cellulite is, we must look at how to reduce it. Just as the nature of the body makes women more susceptible to having cellulite, it is the nature of the cellulite itself that enables us to get rid of it!

By

removing the excess fluid and toxins, every female would be able to reduce the appearance and incidence of cellulite.

Removing the cause of the cellulite in the

first place would enable the cells to settle into their original place, reduce the inflammation and thus improve the appearance of your orange peel skin.

There are a number of ways in which you can do this, including exercise, cellulite diet, creams, gels, natural home remedies, massage and a whole host of other solutions.

All you have to do now you know what is cellulite is find the best possible solution for you!

However, when it comes to the subject of cellulite care, it is easy to get confused and choose the wrong methods of prevention for you.

There is so much information out there and conflicting opinions, and then of course there are the advertisements for products that will miraculously wipe your cellulite out in a matter of weeks.

However, there is no need to get confused. The cellulite prevention tips below will help you to explore all of the avenues available to you for cellulite reduction:

Diet

A healthy diet is one of the best way to prevent cellulite from happening to you. Eating lots of fatty and fast foods can actually make any cellulite that you may have lurking under the surface come to the fore.

Those foods are really bad for you because they provide more fat for storage and toxins that can get caught up where cellulite will appear.

Eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables can enhance your health and enable cellulite prevention, as can counting calories, so get to it!

Exercise

Exercise will improve your blood circulation, the efficiency of your body and your ability to lose or maintain your weight so be sure to include it in your weekly routine.

Exercise is good for you in many ways and has the added benefit of being able to prevent or reduce your cellulite.
Creams

There are hundreds of cellulite creams, gels, lotions and potions out there that you can use on your skin to enable cellulite reduction or prevention.

Many of them do not work but some of them do so you have to find the best possibleone if you are to use creams to prevent cellulite.

Read reviews on the individual products, those from real women, because these are the best possible sources of information on the individual products.

Massage

Massage is an excellent way to help cellulite along a little because it helps to weaken and break up fat cells, boost circulation and move toxins. It can also help to flush out any excess water.

In fact, massage is an excellent way to keep all of your cells healthy and empower your body to help itself from day to day in the battle against cellulite.

This is extremely important in the fight. Of course, you can use cream and massage together to boost the effect, which is more desirable if you find the right cream.

Of course, there are more invasive procedures that you can use for cellulite prevention, but you will have to compromise your safety to undertake them.

Cosmetic surgery is extremely invasive and could result in infection and even death in extreme cases.

If you are looking to prevent cellulite rather than reduce it then you may want to try the above methods first.
