Cellulite causes are undoubtedly the bane of every woman’s life, or at least the lives of the 90% of women that do have cellulite at some point during their lives.
They are unavoidable because of their actual nature, meaning that it is unfortunately a genetic trait that has been programmed deep within the human being for hundreds of years.
Sorry ladies! We are just made that way unfortunately, but understanding a bit more about the causes of cellulite will help us to figure out just how to keep it at bay.
Why Cellulite Occurs
Cellulite occurs mainly on the pelvis and thighs but can also appear on the stomach, arms and lower legs as well. Of course, the fat that lies just under the skin there is designed to maintain body temperature and keep us all going as a result, but the tissue present there serves another function that is not as good – it causes cellulite.
The connective tissue in the fat actually constricts it and that is what causes the lumpy tissue under the skin. However, the cellulite begins to show on the surface of the skin when toxins, water and similar fluids are retained under the skin.
Cellulite causes are largely exaggerated as a result of myths and falsehoods being perpetuated y the media. Unfortunately, we tend to believe the horror stories and stop eating or doing things that we are told are causes of cellulite. That includes eating wheat, eating chocolate, drinking coffee and all manner of other reasons why cellulite appears.
These excuses are rubbish to be honest. These factors do not cause cellulite. They may make it worse to a certain degree but they do not actually cause it. Our bodies do that.
Prevention
Do not fear though, where there are cellulite causes, there is cellulite prevention! Experts from a number of fields have come up with fantastic prevention and reduction techniques. A good cellulite diet is one of the solutions. The best way to reduce your cellulite is working from the inside out, meaning that you can exercise and eat healthily to begin the process.
You may also want to try some of the creams on the market that are proven to work, such as those by the manufacturers Revitol and BodyShape. The cellulite diet and these creams work well in conjunction with each other. Although the path to smooth legs may be long and hard, at least it will be relatively pain free and cheap.
Cosmetic surgery, on the other hand, can curtail cellulite causes for a while but only provide a temporary solution and is highly expensive andpainful. Procedures like liposuction are an option but are only viable to get your battle against the dreaded orange peel started and not as a long term solution.
There is no cure for cellulite because the cellulite causes are folded deep within our genetic make up. However, we can actively work towards self confidence and there are all the information in this website to help you work towards getting rid of your cellulite.
