How Much Cellulite Exercise Is Enough?
Is cellulite exercise be over exaggerated? Before you answer this question, you need to know that there is basically no upside to having cellulite. You could ask 100 women with cellulite whether they mind having it or not and 99 of them would tell you that they hated it and could not wait to get rid of it. In some cases, the number would be every single female you asked!
Now, that is probably stating the obvious, but the point that it proves is that every single woman is desperate to get rid of her cellulite. She is using the appropriate cellulite cream, eating a good cellulite diet and getting a few hours of cellulite exercise a week but her cellulite does not seem to be getting any better. Why?
The cream might not be effective and the diet could be deficient in something, but the main cause of a lingering cellulite problem is genetics. If your mother has cellulite that she struggled to get rid of then you probably will too. However, the second biggest cause of cellulite hanging around is too much or too little exercise. This is a little known fact that does merit a little more investigation.
How Much Are Women Doing?
Cellulite exercise is a major issue for women that have stubborn orange people on their thighs and very few of those women are doing enough without actually overdoing it.
The optimum amount of exercise for women trying to get rid of their stubborn cellulite is just 30 to 40 minutes a day, three times a week.
Many women will not believe that it takes that little time to actually help your body to get rid of cellulite but it is completely true. Believe it or not, very few women hit this particular nail on the head because they tend to do very little, if any, exercise, or above an hour a day, five days a week.
Thirty minutes is a perfect amount of exercise three times a week because of the vital functions that exercise performs to help your body to get rid of its cellulite problem, which include:
1. Burning calories to help prevent the storage of fat under the skin in the areas that cellulite forms.
2. Speeding up the metabolism to help the body to break down fatty deposits that are already in place.
3. Getting the blood pumping around the body, which improves circulation and helps to get oxygen and nutrients to the areas of the body that need it, including the areas where cellulite rests.
4. Flushing out excess water and helping to remove the toxins from areas that they have built up in, namely the areas that heavily feature cellulite.
How Much Is Too Much?
So if thirty minutes of cellulite exercise is enough, what does over exercising do? How does cellulite exercise become excessive and why does cellulite reduction stop when you over-exercise? Well, doing too much cellulite exercises, over 40 minutes more than four times a week, can have a negative effect on the body in the following ways:
1. It does not give the cells time to recover and so any damage that was already there will remain until the body is given time to rest, therefore the cellulite stays in place.
2. The body becomes dehydrated and so the cells do not get enough nutrients or water to them. This will further degrade the collagen that keeps the thighs firm and will make the cells either shrivel or take on too much water to try and combat the dehydration. Either way, your cellulite remains in place.
3. Finally, too much cellulite can cause the body to become dependent on it. As such, missing a couple of days of exercise could actually lead to your cellulite becoming worse if you normally exercise every day. As such, bloating is common and this could mean that your cellulite appears worse than it would normally be.
If all of the above information does not encourage you to reduce or increase your cellulite exercise depending on how much you do now then nothing will!
