How To Fit Cellulite Reduction Exercise Into Your Daily Routine

Cellulite reduction exercise – just saying the phrase is often enough to scare the living daylights out of women everywhere.

If you listen for a moment, you can hear the collective intake of breath as most women contemplate the fact that cellulite exercise can actually help to get rid of lumpy thighs once and for all. However, with busy lifestyles, children and careers to look after, fitting in exercise as a cellulite solution can be extremely difficult.

Knowing that the cellulite problem plagues women everywhere day after day will do nothing to help give the average woman peace of mind. It is not easy to convince them that it is normal to have orange peel on your thighs and others are struggling to get rid of it as well.

As a result of that struggle, many women think that cellulite exercise needs to be time consuming and painful. However, it really does not have to be that way at all. Believe it or not, you can fit exercise into your daily routine without sacrificing your time with your family or doing things that you actually enjoy!

Ways To Include Cellulite reduction Exercise

There are many various ways that you can fit useful cellulite busting exercises into your daily routine. Some may require a little adjustment on your part, but others are as easy to fit in as 1-2-3!

Walk or cycle your way round town

If you work more than a few miles away then cycling or walking is unrealistic, but if you do work closer to home then try power walking or cycling to work. This is an excellent cellulite reduction exercise. However, even if you cannot walk or cycle to work then why not walk to the local store and resist getting in the car to go there?

Take the stairs and not the elevator

Walking up the stars is a fantastic cellulite reduction exercise. So if you work on the 44th floor of a building then you may not want to head up 44 flights of stairs, but you could head up two or three and then get in the elevator further up?

Park a little further away from work

Walking from a car park a few hundred yards down the road is absolutely nothing in the scheme of things. It may take you 15 minutes extra to get to work, but that 15 minutes could be spent burning off your cellulite and getting the blood pumping!

Take the dog for a longer walk

If you walk your dog around the block every day or every couple of days then step it up ad go around it twice. You can jog with your dog, power walk or even rollerblade. Your pooch will not mind and you can boost your ability to burn off a little more cellulite fats!

Do butt clenches at your desk

This may look a little odd to anyone walking into your office, but why not. You can easily do a few butt clenches at your desk, which will strengthen the muscles and get he blood pumping around the area. You can also do this when you are watching TV, doing the ironing or driving as well, although the latter probably is not the best time to do exercises to beat cellulite!

So now you have seen just how easy it is to fit cellulite reduction exercise into your schedule. It really could not be simpler so you have no excuse not to fight that cellulite now!
