All you need is coffee grounds and some olive oil. The coffee grounds from the morning’ fresh coffee will do but they should be warm to achieve the maximum cellulite treatment effect.

Just before you get into the shower, mix the coffee grounds with a little olive oil until it all mixes into a paste. It is best if you stand over an old towel or some newspaper because this coffee cellulite process can get extremely messy!

To start off, use a loofah mitt or an exfoliating bath sponge to apply the coffee grounds to your thighs. Rub them into the ski gently and take the time to ensure that you cover the entire area. After that time is up, grasp the loofah mitt again and head into the shower.
