Endermologie Cellulite Treatment

A Non-Invasive Cellulite Procedure

Endermologie cellulite treatment

You may not have heard of Endermologie cellulite treatment before but you may well be intrigued as to what it is now you have. There is a whole range of treatments out there for cellulite as a result of the massive demand for a cure. Although there is no cure, this demand has given birth to a number of treatment types that can aid cellulite reduction. Endermologie is just one of them.

Endermologie cellulite treatment is an innovative cellulite technique that is the first technology ever to be patented for cellulite reduction. Approved by the FDA, it is completely safe and extremely popular. In fact, it is used in clinics and treatment centres all over the world today. It has been in use for 14 years now after first being performed in the Endermologie centre in France, but what exactly is it?

What Is Endermologie Cellulite Treatment?

Endermologie is a non-invasive procedure that was originally used in the 1980s for the treatment of burns. It was designed to help prevent tightening of the skin so the scarring would not be as bad and the skin would remain in the best possible health under the circumstances. However, it was noticed that on female patients with leg burns the appearance of cellulite was also improved.

The treatment works by massaging the area affected by cellulite. You wear a body stocking to protect the surface of the skin and then the treatment system is passed over it. The massaging effect is caused by the machine alternating between sucking and rolling the surface of the skin. As it massages deeply, it works the subcutaneous layer of fat that causes the orange peel effect, thus smoothing and flattening the area and preventing more fat from settling there.

So what effect does this have? It uses your body against the cellulite itself by encouraging the cells to actively work the collagen and connective tissue. This gets the blood flowing, moves the toxins along and makes you feel great! The deep tissue massage is extremely relaxingand can actually de-stress you as well.

Each Endermologie treatment session will last for around 30 minutes. You can usually purchase treatments in packages of 20 or 30. It is recommended that you have them twice a week to get your cellulite moving. Your legs will be smooth again in no time.

So What’s The Catch?

Believe it or not, there is no catch! The majority of women have no side effects at all. The odd one or two may experience soreness or redness, but this usually subsides overnight. As with all other cellulite reduction treatments, the effects of Endermologie cellulite treatment are not permanent. You can maintain the effect it has though by having two treatments a month after the initial course. This will boost the cells and keep them healthy. You can also maintain a healthy diet and exercise three times a week. This will also help your body to keep cellulite at bay, thus leading to a happy and healthy you!
