Just do ten minutes moving your legs forward and then reverse it and move them backwards. This way, you are working all of the muscles in the buttocks!

Another great machine on which you can exercises to eliminate cellulite is the exercise bike. Cycling provides a great workout for the buttocks because it actively works the area and gets the blood pumping. As such, it can help to flush toxins out and increase the cell activity.

There are many exercises to eliminate cellulite and these are easy to do around the home. For example, you can use the bottom step as an aerobic step. The repetitive action of stepping up and down the stairs will work your bum no end, getting the blood flowing and thus enabling vital nutrients to get to all of the cells.

You could also do some stretches that focus on the backside area, such as a lunge or a leg raise whilst lying on the floor. Simply lie on your right side and bend your right leg under you for balance and the slowly raise your leg up as far as is comfortable before lowering it again. Repeat this motion five more times and then rest before repeating the set three more times and then doing the same on your left side. These stretching exercises are excellent for working out your butt and getting rid of the fatty deposits.

The Office

This is not only possible but many women find it a viable cellulite solution because it targets the buttocks perfectly. All you have to do is slowly clench your buttocks when you are sitting on your chair. You can do this at any time of the day, but it is often best to do it when you are on your own to save embarrassment!

Simply clench your buttock together slowly and then release. Repeat this further five times and then rest for five minutes and do another set of six. You can start off with up to three sets and then work your way up to five or six. This is a simple exercise for cellulite reduction that you can do every day.
