Which is the best diet to rid cellulite? When it comes to getting rid of that nasty cellulite on your thighs and bum, it can be a royal pain. You might workout in the gym and use all of the cellulite creams available to you and still not be able to shift it. There are several reasons why neither of those solutions may work, but the first thing you need to look at is your diet and change it if necessary.

A diet to get rid cellulite is not the same as many of the other cellulite diets out there. The problem with those is that they assume that your body has got rid of all of the toxins that settle between your cells, when the likelihood that you probably have not. Think of it as building a house.

To build a great house you have to knock the previous building down and start again. Well this is how it works with cellulite. You have to strip all of the toxins out of your body in order to rebuild the cells in the cellulite areas and then you can focus on cellulite reduction.

You can achieve the above affect by going on a detox diet to rid yourself of cellulite. Detox diets actively flush all of the toxins out of your system and enable your body to cleanse itself. You will feel happier and healthier as well as see a positive impact on your cellulite, but what could you eat whist on a detox diet?

Breakfast

For breakfast fresh fruit is the best possible option. Eating organic fruits such as raspberries, blueberries and strawberries will give you all of the vitamins that you will need for a good start to the day. Those fruits also have a high level of antioxidants so your body can also fight the free radicals that damage cells and cause more places for errant toxins to hide.

If you do not want berries then you could try other fruits like citrus fruits, grapefruit or even cranberry juice, which are also just as good for you and will kick start your body to reduce against cellulite.

Lunch And Dinner

For lunch and dinner, you could try a garden salad or broccoli soup. Both again contain a high level of vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants and will flush all of the waste products and toxins out of your body so you can start again at a later date. There are very few main meal detox recipes because many of them have some form of toxins that could set your body back and ruin the diet to rid cellulite. As such, you should stay away from dairy products and meat products as well. Only natural and wholesome foods will do.

Drinks

There are plenty of drinks you could sip on throughout the day. Obviously you need to drink plenty of water to keep your body and the cells within it hydrated. However, you can also drink green tea, which is an excellent antioxidant, as well as hot water with lemon.

You should only stay on any detox diet to rid cellulite for a maximum of thirty days, depending on your general health. If you stay on it for any longer than you can severely damage your general health. Be sensible and you will soon find that the diet to rid cellulite will enable your body to combat it day in day out with a view to cellulite reduction.
