The body needs a certain amount of all vitamins and minerals to be able to function but modern diets, whether cellulite diets or normal ones, do not facilitate that at all. No ordinary person gets their full recommended dose of vitamins and minerals every day because they have hectic lifestyles and tend to eat on the run.

As such, if you are trying to solve your cellulite problem then you need to eat a good cellulite diet and make sure that you get all of the vitamins you need to make sure that your body works efficiently enough to use them and get rid of your cellulite!

If you cannot fit the right vitamin doses in your diet, you could always take supplements to boost your vitamin levels. However, before you do that, you need to know which vitamins could help you to get rid of your orange peel from the inside out.

B Vitamins

There are 8 B vitamins and the vitamin for cellulite you need is B6. All of them could help you with cellulite reduction but B6 is specifically important because it works to help your body metabolise various nutrients in your body. It effectively helps to establish strong connective tissue and repair damaged connective tissue that is in place. You can get B6 from beans, whole grains and yeast.

Vitamin A

Vitamin A is an essential vitamin for cellulite reduction because it is an antioxidant and will help your body to repair connective tissue and collagen, both of which are very important to the improved appearance of cellulite. It will also fight free radicals to prevent future damage. You can get Vitamin A from liver, carrots, milk, eggs and berries.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is excellent for fighting cellulite. It prevents inflammation and will firm and tone your skin as well. If that is not enough, Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant so it can also fight off free radicals. You can find this in a high number of fruits but try oranges, mango, strawberries and kiwi fruits for high levels.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a great vitamin for cellulite reduction because, like many other vitamins, it is an antioxidant. This is actually stored within your body so you get lasting protection against free radicals. It is also fat soluble, which is an added benefit. Vitamin E can be found in wheat germ, nuts and leafy green vegetables.
